Scope
These terms apply to the use of the website maydenamountaincabins.com and all related services, in particular the booking platform for mountain cabins and nature experiences.
Subject of the Contract
We mediate accommodations in mountain cabins as well as organized tours (hikes, herb walks). The specific services, prices, and availability can be found on the respective offer pages. A contract is only concluded upon our written confirmation.
User Obligations
You undertake to provide truthful information when booking and to comply with the house rules of the respective cabin. You are fully liable for any damages. Use of the offers is at your own risk – especially during hikes in alpine terrain.
Limitation of Liability
We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for slight negligence, unless it involves damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded.
Cancellation and Withdrawal
Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of later withdrawal, we charge 50% of the total price. In case of no-show, the full amount is due. The exact conditions can be found in your booking confirmation.
Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will inform you of material changes by email. You may terminate use at any time by contacting us in writing. Already booked services remain unaffected.
Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy (policy.html). Data is only passed on to third parties for contract fulfillment (e.g., to cabin operators).
Final Provisions
